My name is Brett Matheson director of operations for ONvesting, and the CFO for VBN.tv. We have a huge network of wholesale real estate all over the country and overseas. We specialize in aquiring Luxury homes 50-20% below market value, take a small % and pass these deals on to investors just like you.

We have creative strategies to help you aquire as many properties as you can handle. We assist in financing, hard money loans, assignments, sales proceeds, construction loans, rehab funds, land, condo conversions, commercial, development. We approach Real estate investment with a no limits attitude.

We mentor investors with strategies we have developed over the years. We don't charge a fee, but build trust with knowledge and integrety in an industry known for the opposite.

We have more deals than we can get to. By building relationships with similar minded people, we are able to create more wealth, more opportunities and enjoy the process even more because of the people we surround ourselves with.
